MUSHROOM-GARLIC-BUTTER in just 15 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons butter
3-4 medium-sized Garlic cloves (minced garlic, depending on how much you like garlic)
1 medium-sized Onion (chopped)
200 gm – mushrooms
1-2 Tsp – Soy Sauce
Salt – to taste
1 tsp – Oregano
1 Tbsp Spring onion green
1 Tbsp – Fresh Coriander Leaves
Black Pepper Powder – To taste
1 tsp – Sesame Seeds
1-2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat add butter. Add Garlic saute for 30 seconds, add onion and saute for 3 minutes. Now add mushrooms and add Soy Sauce and season with salt and Oregano. Toss to coat all mushrooms and add a little water and cook for four minutes on medium-high heat. Stir it until mushrooms are fully cooked. add spring onion leaves, chopped choriander leaves, crushed black pepper, Sesame seeds and Tomato Ketchup. Stir it. Remove from heat and serve immediately
