PAD THAI LUNCH RECIPE:

One Zucchini
Half or less (to your choice) of a white onion
Four heads of baby broccoli
Saute in a pan with Sesame Oil all together until nice and cooked.
Add salt and pepper to taste!

In a boiling pot add your choice of Pad Thai Noodles. I used Amy Chun’s Pad Thai noodles too can find them anywhere!

Once noodles are soften, drain (don’t rinse), and put into the pan right away with cooked veggies.
Add Soy Sauce to your liking into the pan of veggies and noodles, and stir until everything is combined and soy sauce is evenly distributed.

This is one of my Favorite dishes to make! You can also add your choice of protein, I like to add cooked Tofu.

If you are not a fan of these veggies or want to add more, I like to also use, Kale and Sweet Snap Peas. (I just didn’t have any at the moment)
