Here is one of my favorite Meatball recipes! And healthy, too!
You could even take this one a step further when it comes to the “health kick” and use wheat noodles with the low sodium Ragu sauce option. ☺️👍
However, we weren’t trying to be super healthy when first making this recipe. Lol I had the ground chicken on hand and it ended up being amazing in this recipe! We even liked it better than using the ground beef, but you can use whichever one you prefer! All other ingredients will still be the same.

Baked Meatballs with Ground Chicken and Sauce!
1 lb ground Chicken (or ground beef. Whichever you prefer)
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
2-3 garlic cloves
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Parsley
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Jar Ragu Sauce (any flavor. I use traditional)
Box of Spaghetti Noodles
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees
– Finely chop the bell pepper, onion and garlic
– In a cup, beat together 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk.
– Add into a bowl your beaten eggs, 1/2 cup of parm, 1 cup of Panko, Bell Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Parsley, Salt and Ground Chicken.
– Using your hands, combined all the ingredients thoroughly.
– Roll out balls and place on a baking sheet lined in tin foil. (Makes it easier to pull them up)
– Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. (Depending on the size of your meatballs. Mine were larger and took 35 mins.)
– Boil your spaghetti noodles per the packaging
– In a skillet, add your jar of ragu about 5 mins before the meatballs are done so that it can start heating up.
– Add your cooked meatballs to the sauce and cover. Let simmer for 10 mins to get the juices flowing!
– Serve over your spaghetti noodles and Wa-La! 🤗🥰
