These tasty sandwiches with festive colorful fresh vegetables will be appropriate for any occasion. Try this recipe & create your own way to decorate & serve this dish!

INGREDIENTS:

+ Thick Yogurt – 700-750 ml
+ Homemade Bread – 4-8 pieces (recipes on my channel)
+ Grated Radish- 100 -200 gr
+ Sliced Tomatoes – 100-200 gr
+ Sliced Cucumbers – 100-200 gr
+ Chopped Green Onion- 50 gr
+ Chopped Dill -50 -100 gr
+ Olives – 3-5
+ Salt, Olive Oil, Garlic – optional

PREPARATION:

– To get thick Yogurt we need a colander & 2-3 layer gauze
– Put Yogurt in the cheesecloth, placed in a middle of a colander.
The bowl below will catch the excess liquid. For better result leave it
overnight
– Separated from Water thick Yogurt you can keep 3-4 days & use either as a
healthy snack or Salad Dressing
