INGREDIENTS
• Eggs • Butter • Sliced bread • Large silicon baking sheet • Large baking tray • Electric whisk • Salt and pepper
 
METHOD

Separate the yolk from the white. Beat the white until soft peaks are formed. Place several slices of bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with melted butter. Pour little whipped egg white on each loaf. Make a hole in the center of the egg white.
Bake for 2 minutes at 232ºC (450ºF).
Take out the tray and place the yolk in each hole you formed and bake for 4 minutes at 232ºC (450ºF).
