If you guys are at home with no bread, I’ve got your back! This is Irish Soda bread with a very simple and quick recipe, slightly different from store-bought bread as it has a softer crumb and crispier edge.

This was inspired by @BakingwithShivesh

You can skip the butter and increase the milk by 1/4 cup and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cups whole wheat flour (aata)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
1/4 cup salted butter
