As the saying goes ‘Eat breakfast like a king’, break the fast and eat something healthy in the morning. Let’s go into the details of this super healthy probiotic rich breakfast.

Ingredients:
1. Yogurt/Curd/Dahi – 1 cup
2. Milk -1/2 cup
3. Rolled oats/Old fashioned oats – 1/2 cup (Can be replaced with quick oats)
4. Apple – 3 slices or 1 small
5. Mini cucumber – 1/2
6. Almonds chopped – 2 tsp
7. Chia seeds – 2 tsp
8. Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
9. Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
10. Salt – To taste

Procedure:
1. Beat yogurt and salt together. Add milk to it.
2. Add oats, chopped almonds, chia seeds, cumin powder, pepper powder and whisk everything well.
3. Chop apple & cucumber, add them to the mixture and incorporate everything well.
4. Put the mixture in containers and refrigerate it overnight.
