How to make a healthy and quick breakfast…
Recipe:
Ingredients :
1 Cup Poha
5 Wheat Breads
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp sooji
1 finely chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp red chilly
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp aamchur
Wash poha in water so that its becomes wet and drain water from it. We will not soak poha in water . Remove edges of bread and dip them in water and mix well in poha. Add chopped onion and green chillies and mix it well.now add the spices…red chilly, turmeric, garam masala and aamchur. Also add salt to taste. Mix 4 tsp of water and combine well to make a soft dough. Grease a plate with some oil and teansfer dough into the plate. Spread the dough in greased plate and cut into pieces. Heat oil in pan and fry the pieces. You will get healthy, crispy and delicious cutlets..very quickly for breakfast.
It takes less than 10mins to make these cutlets…
