Ingredients:
-1 Cup Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (225g)
-1/4 Cup Whipped Cream Cheese (40g)
-1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (30g)
-3 Mini Oreos, crushed (15g)
-2 Tbsp Zero-Calorie Sweetener
-1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix (8g)
-Pinch of Salt
-2 Mini Oreos, crushed (10g)
Instructions:
1.) Add yogurt, whipped cream cheese, protein powder, crushed Oreos, sweetener, pudding mix, and salt to a bowl and mix until smooth.
2.) Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining crushed Oreos.
3.) Enjoy immediately or chill 30–60 minutes (or 10–15 minutes in the freezer) to firm up.
