Zucchini bread is a kind of bread made from grated zucchinis. It is soft, moist, sweet and a cake like quick bread. This is similar to banana bread where mashed bananas are used.
SOME NOTES:
1)You could even add chopped nuts (roast to bring out the real
flavours), raisins or even coconut flakes to the batter. Better if you
add to the liquid ingredients.

1)all purpose flour 180 gm
2)salt 1/2 tsp
3)cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
4)nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
5)baking powder 1 tsp
6)baking soda 1/4 tsp

1)egg 1 pcs
2)brown sugar 120 gm
3)olive oil 100 ml
4)pure vanilla extract 2 tsp
5)zucchini 350 gm (1 pcs) grated
