These healthy Sprouts chillas are made using sprouted kala chana ( you can also use mung dal sprouts for this recipe). They are crisp and has a subtle flavor of homemade curd, spices. I have used oats, ragi and semolina as my chilla base. however, you can use any healthy flour of your choice like besan, barley etc. Sprouts Cheela is a super healthy breakfast option as it is ready in no time.
