Fresh Healthy Spinach Pasta with tomato is one of the best healthy lunch ideas from the Italian cuisines. You can use Rotini, Macaroni or Shell pastas in this recipe. This pasta with spinach and tomato is absolutely incredible in flavors, also helps in weight loss as it’s ingredients include olive oil and fresh veggies.

Ingredients of Spinach Pasta with Tomato:

2 Cups Rotini Pasta (You can also use Macaroni Pasta or Shell Pasta)
1 Chopped Onion
3 Organic Tomatoes
50-100gm Spinach (Take more as needed – up to 200 gms per serving)
Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning (Origano and Chilli Flakes)

Tips:

1. You can add Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese as well to make it richer
2. Add cold water after draining the hot water post cooking the pasta- this will ensure that the cooked pasta doesn’t stick with each other
3. Tomato Ketchup enhances the taste, but it’s is optional
