All Indians are very fond of this all seasons evening snack pakoras. But because of deep frying one keeps resisting frequently preparing this super delicious snack.
WHAT IF IT Z PREPARED ALMOST OIL FREE BUT WITH SAME TASTE

Ingredients

1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 TSP salt
1/2 TSP red chili
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 TSP baking soda
1/4 TSP carrom seeds (ajwain)
Coriander leaves
Oil to fry
Two onion sliced (watch video)
Two potatoes sliced(we can add vegetables of our choice like capsicums, cauliflower,lotus stem,etc)

Method

In a bowl mix all the ingredients but for oil. Add water and make a batter. Now add sliced onion, potatoes

In a kadhai add cooking oil and deep (half)fry pakoras. That means we do not have to fry fully. Just a shape with coating and keep them aside

Now put them in airfryer at 180 degree for 10 minutes and see the magic. The process of air frying will squeeze away all the oil absorbed by pakoras, will make them crisp and guilt free snack.

Just enjoy with ketchup,green chutney as per your choice
