This is my healthier version of a Starbucks Frappuccino! In this video I will show you how to make my version of a Starbucks Frappuccino that is high protein low carb without any added syrup, sugar, or sweeteners.
RECIPE:
1 cup ice
3/4 to 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 Tb coffee grounds (I recommend dark roast)
1 Tb cocoa powder
1/2 to 1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 ripe banana
Put all ingredients into HIGH SPEED blender and BLEND 15-20 sec MAX 🥛
