Today’s video Im sharing 2 healthy recipes I make a lot during the weekdays while I don’t have much time and energy for cooking. They are very quick to prepare, doesn’t require much effort and makes lunch boxes for the day after. Each recipe only calls for 5 ingredients and it’s super easy to swap the ingredients for whatever you have in your fridge.

Cauliflower soup: 4 portions
1 cauliflower head,
4-5 potatoes
half of 1 leek
3-5 cloves of garlic
fresh thyme
salt, pepper and herb de provence
1 vegetable bouillon cube
olive oil
Zucchini pasta: 4 portions
2 zucchini
1-2 handful of cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp pesto
fresh basil
4 poached egg (Mine are about 5 min)
salt and pepper
