Here is an honest and real video on what a food blogger and baker eats in a day! Since I’ve been eating all the meals at home these days, I thought it’d be the best time to film a what I eat in a day video 🥳

Chia pudding-

Quinoa Salad- wash quinoa and soak 1 cup quinoa in 2 cups water for 30 minutes
Cook the quinoa on medium heat for 10-15min until the water is absorbed. If all the water has absorbed and the grain is translucent and tender.

After turning off the heat, keep the cooking vessel covered and let the quinoa sit for another 5 min. Then, Use a fork to separate and fluff up the quinoa.

To the salad add any vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds that you like along with spices, salt, pepper and salad dressing ( mine is just a simple mix of chilli paste and honey)

Hummus-

2 cups chick peas
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chick pea water
1/4 cup tahini
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
