Sandwich chutney is a very quick and easy recipe which just needs 5mins to prepare it. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for samosas ,fritters, etc. So now you can always try your hand in making variety of healthy sandwiches when you have the chutney ready in no time..

Prep time :- 5 mins
Makes :- 1 cup
Cup measurements:- 1 cup= 250 ml

INGREDIENTS:-
1. Coriander leaves- 1 cup
2. Mint leaves/Pudina- 1 cup
3. Green chillies- 4
4. Coconut(thinly sliced)- 1 ½ tbsps
5. Cumin seeds/Jeera- 1 tsp
6. Lemon juice(half)
7. Salt- acc to taste
8. Chat masala(optional)
9. Water(very little)

TIPS :-
1. If you donot like the taste of mint leaves, you can always skip it and increase the amount of coriander leaves.
2. You can also add in 1 tbsp of peanuts/a slice of bread instead of coconut for a velveti texture.
3. You can adjust the amount of green chillies according to your preference.
4. Donot add too much of water while grinding the chutney, as the bread slices will become soggy when you apply the chutney on it.
5. You can freeze the chutney, and it can stay good for a month.
6. Never forget to rinse the leaves and the vegetables.
