Ingredients-
1 cup lobia
1 boiled and cubed potato
1/4th cup chopped capsicum
1/4th cup chopped tomatoes
1/4th cup chopped cucumber
1/4th cup chopped carrot
1 tsp grated ginger
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4th tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped green coriander leaves
