I have one recipe using the crockpot, one on the stove, and the third in the instapot! So one for whichever type of way you like to cook!! I have some healthy meals as well as less healthy. None the less they are all delicious!! I am in the loosing weight time of my life, postpartum! I have a 6 month old so I am trying to meal prep some healthy but yummy foods!! 🍴CHICKEN CHILI- In Crockpot
2 Large chicken breast
1tsp Garlic Powder
2 Can Navy Beans
1 Medium Onion
1 tsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
🍴CUCUMBER MACARONI SALAD-
2 Large Chicken Breast
3/4 Cup+ Mayo
2 Tsp Dill Weed
1/2 Onion
2 Cups Noodles
🍴KALE SOUP-
6 Cups Bone Broth or Chicken/Beef Broth
2-3 Bundles Of Kale (1/2 Bag Precut Kale)
1 Link Spicy Sausage
2 Cans Black Beans

1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
