ABOUT INDIRAA
Indiraa is an Indian born singer-songwriter, from Mumbai, who grew up in Twickenham, London. Her unique lyrics and edgy vocals became a firm favourite with the leading A-list DJs around the world. Mixing an East meets West vibe has made Indiraa was who she is today, with 3 Top Ten songs in the UK Dance Charts already. She has worked with the Hit Makers ‘Soulshaker’ and various major production teams. Indiraa has also teamed up with the famous Bollywood music producers Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Lenny Kazatek of the Alan Parsons Project, Jah Waggie and the mix master, Pete Hammond.
Indiraa has recently ventured into TV, Radio and is now launching her own Youtube channel ‘IndiraasWorld’. Bringing to you her Music, Cooking and Lifestyle.

My first video is a recipe called ‘Thai’d up’ Chicken salad with Ginger & Winter green rice. It is a recipe inspired by a special person in my life called Joey. He is a retired chef and taught me everything to do with cooking at a young age. He is the reason why i love to cook today.

RECIPE BELOW
Ingredients:
Ginger Rice & Wintergreens:
1 Tbsp Ginger
1 Tbsp- Olive Oil
1 Tbsp – Soy sauce
Half a cup – Winter greens
1 Cup – Soaked white long grained rice
1 Half cup of Water
Sauce to add with the Chicken Salad:
-Boil Coriander, Lemon Grass & Ginger
Minced Chicken Salad:
2 cups – Minced Chicken
1 Tbsp – Olive Oil
2 Tbsp – Fish sauce, Soy Sauce, Mirin & Sesame Oil
*Add the boiled sauce (Coriander, Lemon Grass & Ginger)
Salad Dressing:
1 Tbsp- Lime juice
1 Tbsp- Mirin
1 Tsp – Ginger
2 Tsp- Garlic
1/2 Tsp – Salt
1 1/2 Tsp – Coconut Sugar
Salad to add to chicken:
2 Tbsp – Coriander
2 Tbsp – Mint
1 Cup – Mooli
1 – Green/Red Chilli
1 – Red Onion
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
1 Cup – Celery
1 Cup – Carrots
