I’m making my breakfast, lunch and dinner without using fire today.
It is ready to eat dishes !!!
Breakfast – Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
⦁ 1 Apple
⦁ 1 Tbsp Honey
⦁ Topping:
⦁ Banana
⦁ Pomegranate
⦁ Grapes
⦁ Crashed almonds
Preparation:
⦁ Add the chopped Apple in blender
⦁ Grind them with 1 tbsp of honey
⦁ Transfer them to the bowl add the toppings
⦁ Serve the thick apple smoothie for breakfast
Lunch – Sprouts Salad
Ingredients:
⦁ Onions
⦁ Carrot
⦁ Cabbage
⦁ Cucumber
⦁ Black bean or any kind of Sprouts
⦁ Curd
⦁ Coriander
⦁ Salt
⦁ Pepper
Preparation:
⦁ Add 3 tbsp of Carrot, cabbage and onions and 2 tbsp of cucumber in the bowl
⦁ Then add 1 tbsp coriander leaves
⦁ Add the 2 tbsp of curd
⦁ Add salt and pepper as required
⦁ Mix them well
⦁ Serve the creamy salad for lunch
Dinner – Instant Poha
Ingredients:
⦁ Onions
⦁ Poha
⦁ Chopped Green chillies
⦁ Peanuts
⦁ Carrot
⦁ Coconut
⦁ Salt
Preparation:
⦁ Add 3 tbsp of onion, carrot, chillies, peanuts in to the bowl
⦁ Mix them Well with required salt
⦁ Add wet poha into the bowl
⦁ Then add coconut and mix them well
⦁ Serve the instant poha for dinner
