Ingredients:
• 100g warm milk
• 60g cane sugar or jaggery
• 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
• 60g ragi flour
• 25g cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• A pinch of salt
• Chocolate chips (optional)

🥕 Veggie Fritters (Crispy outside, soft inside)

Ingredients:
• Broccoli, sweet potato, carrot (steamed)
• 1 egg
• Cheese
• Breadcrumbs
• Salt + pepper + herbs
• Ghee/butter

🍫 Chocolate Pancakes (Naturally sweet)

Ingredients:
• 1 sweet potato
• 1–2 tsp cocoa powder
