Healthy protein bread 2
Ingredients:
Whole black Urad dal – 1 cup
Whole green moong dal – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
(Wheat flour 1/2 cup)(extra for kneading)
Refined flour – 1 cup
(Maida)(optional)
Jaggery powder – 2 tbsp
Yeast – 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Psyllium husk – 3 tbsp
Pre heat oven 180 c bake for 60 mins or until bake
