Brown bread veg Sandwich Recipe – Mayonnaise Veg sandwich – Healthy and Tasty veg sandwich – weight loss sandwich. A Healthy, delicious and simple sandwich made with lots of veggies and mayonnaise in a quick and simple process at home.
Let’s start-

Ingredients:

Brown Bread – 8 slices (Whole wheat bread)
Onion – 1/2 medium size finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 medium size finely chopped
Tomato – 1 medium size finely chopped
Parsley- 1 tbsp finely chopped (approx)
mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp (egg less)
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce -2 tbsp
Oregano
Process:

Take chopped onion, capsicum, tomato and parsley in a bowl.
Add 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise(egg less), black salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
Take 4 slices of bread and spread butter layer on 2 and tomato sauce on other 2. Now stuff mayonnaise and vegetables mixture on the buttered bread slice evenly. Sprinkle oregano on it.
Cover it with tomato bread slice.
Now brush some butter on hot plate both side. It will add more crispiness.
Place it on grill, sandwich maker or hot plate and start.
When complete cut it halves and serve sandwich hot with tomato ketchup.
