Banana bread recipe!
3 ripe bananas (smashed)
1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of cane sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (i added more)
1 1/2 cups of flour
A dash (or few) of cinnamon
chocolate chips (however much you please!!)
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1. preheat oven to 350 & grease pan with coconut oil
2. mix all ingredients together
3. bake for 1 hour
4. Enjoy!!
