A healthy twist to regular sandwich – with spinach and oats flour. In addition to sandwich recipe there are tips to make smooth white sauce as well.
Ingredients –
Chopped capsicum and carrot – 1/4 cup each
Corn kernel – 1/2 cup or more
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic – 1 tsp
Oats flour – 1/4 cup
Milk and water – as needed
Herbs of your choice – 1 1/2 tsp or as needed
Salt – according to taste
Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Cheese – as much or as little as you like
Chopped spinach – 3 cups
Clarified butter or ghee or oil – as needed
