I shared 3 different types of bread using 3 different grains such as oats,rice and wheat.
Recipe 1 – Oats roti is really healthy with addition of flax seeds. They are really filling and helps in weight loss.
Recipe 2 – Unsweetened kalathappam is a malabar delicacy and they are super simple to make with very minimal ingredients.
Recipe 3 – Batoora is Indian leaved bread which is deep fried. Secret ingreients added to the dough make the batoor soft an fluffy.
