HOMEMADE BREAD, EASY, DELICIOUS HEALTHY. نون خونگی و بوی نون تازه که خونه رو پر کرده
Ingredients:
Warm milk 1 cup (150 ml)
Warm water 2/3 cup (90 ml)
Traditional yeast 1 tbs
Sugar 1 tbs
Whole purpose flour 220 -230 gr
Whole wheat flour 80-90 gr
Salt 1.5 tsp
Notes:
2 TB extra mixed of flours (~ 30 gr) for (1TB for kneading and 1TB for mixing with water and soaking your hand during kneading)
Add flour gradually till you will have a sticky, soft dough, keep the softness and stickiness.
Bake in 205 C -400 F for 20 to 25 min
1. Preheat the oven 20 min before baking & put a bowl of water in the oven
2. Keep the water inside the oven while baking.
3.Cover the dough each time you don’t work with it
