There are 3 main ingredients for the cooking of these mouth-watering vegan lentil burger:
-lentils
-rice
-onions
The first step would be to leave the soaked lentils to rest overnight. Crush raw lentils in a container of your choice. Then add the onions to the crushed lentils, and crush the two ingredients once again. In another bowl, mix the crushed lentils and onions, with already cooked rice. As we mix these 3 ingredients, we can add our preferred spices, such as salt, pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, cinnamon, etc. After mixing the spices to the 3 principle ingredients, we will start picking up portions of the solution and mold them into hamburger-like shapes. Lastly, we would then proceed to fry the burgers.
