Street Style Omelette

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped green chili
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oil
coriander

Procedure
1. Separate 3 egg whites and wisp for 5 min. until foam appears
add 3 yokes slowly and beat for another 2 min.
2.Add 1 tsp salt, pepper and green chili and mix well
3.Take a pan add 1 tsp oil keep the flame on medium and add the batter
add chopped onion, tomato and sprinkle some coriander cover and cook for 2 min.
4.Flip and cook for another 1 min.

Plate and enjoy.
