Tomato Lababdar

Ingredients:
6/7 Tomatoes
1/2 cup Crushed Peanuts
6/7 Green Chillies
1/2 teaspoon Rai
1 teaspoon Jeera
2 teaspoon Jeera Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chillie Powder
Pinch of Hing
Pinch of Haldi
Kaddhipatta
Rocksalt to taste
2 cups of water.

Tomatoes are an excellent source of Vit C. It is also anti-aging, anti-cancerous and full of antioxidants to fight off free radicals. It has beta-carotene, lycopene, lutein, and potassium.
Cooking (not overcooking ) tomatoes enhance the absorption of Vitamins. Apart from eating tomatoes in salads, sandwiches, you can now make it a full meal.
