1). Today I am going to share a healthy meal which you’ll can have in quarantine .

2). Since everyone knows that because of lockdown chicken and fish is not available.

3). So, rather than chicken / fish another healthy food which we can have is ” Paneer .
.
4). As we all knows that Paneer is good for heart health , rich in protien , improves digestion , maintain blood sugar level , boost weight loss , etc
.
Recipy :- Paneer , Onion , Tomato , Oil (if you have olive oil please do use it ) , Red chilly Powder , Coriander Powder , Salt for taste.
