Falafel recipe
Ingredients we need to make falafel
soak chickpeas peas – 1 cup
Garlic cloves – 3 to 4 cloves
Roasted cumin seeds- 1 tbs
Soda bi carb – 1/2 tps
Oil – 1 tbs
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Onion – 1 nos
Breadcrumbs – 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Falafel is a very popular middle eastern cuisine dish made from soak chickpeas , onion and some herbs .
First of all in mixture jar add soak chickpeas, and Add all the remaining ingredients in to the jar and make smooth and nice paste . For more crispyness Add 2 tbs of breadcrumbs after that Make patty shape and deep fried in hot oil on medium flame till it look brown .
Hummus recipe
Ingredients we need to make hummus
Boil chickpeas s – 1 cup
Olive oil – 3 to 4 tbs
Roasted sesame seeds – 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Garlic cloves – 3 to 4 cloves
Hummus is a deep . Here i serve hummus with falafel as deep and it’s very tasty.
Take a mixture jar and add boil chickpeas and other remaining ingredients and make smooth paste and put in to the refrigerator.
Serve : hot falafel with chill hummus
