*Makes 12 Protein Balls
– 125g pitted medjool dates
– 30g peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
– 30g protein powder
– Pinch of salt (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 3-4 minutes or until mixture comes together in a smooth ball. Should make twelve 15g balls.
Per ball:
52 Calories / 1.4g Fat | 8.7g Carbs | 2.9g Protein
