Hello friends, here is my recipe for Multigrain dosa. Trust me, this will be one of the most healthy, tasty and crispy dosa u have ever tasted. Following are the ingredients for the recipe-

1) two and half bowl of rice
2) half bowl of poha (flattened rice)
(Measurements are done from same measuring bowl)
3) few methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
4) 1 tablespoon split red lentils (masoor dal)
5) 1 tablespoon raagi (finger millets)
6) 1 tablespoon yellow split gram (moong daal)
7) 1 tablespoon oats
8) 1 tablespoon daliya (broken wheat)
9) 1 tablespoon chana daal (split bengal gram)
10) 2 tablespoon urad daal (black lentils split and skinned)
