In Rome we would usually have gnocchi on a Thursday but whatever it’s the quarantine so each day is just like the previous one!

INGREDIENTS (1 person):

GNOCCHI
– 50 gr farro flour
– 100 gr non-fat ricotta
– salt as needed

TOMATO SAUCE
– 200 gr cherry tomatoes
– garlic
– salt as needed

ONLY 300 CALORIES

Optional: Mozzarella
