A Simple and Easy recipe for making quick healthy oats for breakfast. Oats are very nutritious and rich in antioxidants, fibre, maintains blood sugar level, lowers the cholesterol.
I have shown you my way of serving it but you can certainly go with your own choice of fruits and nuts.

Ingredients (For serving of 3):
Strawberries 5 (Chopped)
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Freshly grated Nutmed Powder (Jaifal Powder) to taste
Sugar 3 table spoon
Vanilla Powder 1 tea spoon
Milk 3 Cup

Directions:
Boil the milk and add Nutmeg Powder, Turmeric, Vanilla Powder, Sugar and some chopped nuts. Once the milk comes to a boil, add oats to it and when the oats are cooked and softened, let it cool for sometime. The consistency of the Oats will get thickened after sometime and then add the fruits of your choice to it and serve it.
