This recipe is for 4 person and below are the list of ingredients along with step by step procedure.

Saute :
Paneer/Tofu/Chicken — 400 gram
Capsicum — 3 Medium size.
Onion– 3 Medium size.

Procedure for saute :
1.) Marinate Paneer for 10-15 mins by adding lemon juice , coriander powder and salt.
2) Add oil to the pan and add Marinated Paneer and saute it to golden brown.
3) Now add capsicum and onion and saute it well.
4) Keep sauted paneer, capsicum and onion aside.

Gravy :
Roughly chopped onion — 4
Roughly chopped tomatoes– 4-5
Garlic — 5 (Ginger garlic paste can also be used)
Cumin– 2 tablespoon.
Black pepper — 1/2 table spoon.
Green Chilli– 3 medium size.
Cardamom. — 4-5

Procedure for gravy :

1) Take 2 tablespoon oil in cooking utensil.
2) Add cumin, garlic, black pepper, green chilli, cardamom to the oil.
3) Add roughly chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4) After that add roughly chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes.
5) Allow the ingredients to cool down.
6) Make puree of the ingredients and sieve thoroughly for restaurant style texture (optional).

Cooking Procedure:

1.) Take 2 tablespoon oil in cooking utensil and heat. Add bay leaf and cinnamon to the oil.
2) Add the puree to the oil and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
3) Now add fresh cream, 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/4 tablespoon garam masala to the gravy and stir well.
4) Add 1/2 tablespoon kasuri methi to the gravy and allow it to boil till gravy thickens.
5) Add sauted paneer, onion and capsicum to the gravy and salt as per taste and mix well.
6) Cover by lid for about 3-4 minutes.
7) Serve it hot with garam fulka or naan.

1) Burn the coal on direct flame till it turn red.
2) Place small bowl inside the cooking utensil and place the heated coal inside it.
3) Put few drops of ghee on the heated coal so that smoke comes out.
4) immediately cover the cooking utensil with a lid.
