My Favourite Healthy Breakfast Idea!
This is what I crave everyday, it is a very filling and nutritious breakfast that will keep you full for HOURS!!! Make it your own and satisfy your morning cravings. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do 🙂

Recipe:

Rolled Oats – 40g (I use Flahavan’s jumbo oats for extra creaminess/ any oats of preference will work but keep in mind cooking time will vary)
Chia Seeds – 1tsp
Ground Flaxseeds – 1tsp (heaped)
Maca Powder – 1tsp
Cacao powder – 1tsp (organic if possible/ I use Naturya)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Almond Milk Unsweetened – 150ml
Water- 150ml
Banana – 1/2 mashed

Toppings:
Banana
Blueberries
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Coconut yoghurt – 2tsp (I use Coconut Collaborative)
Peanut butter – 15g (I use Pip and Nut but my favourite is Manilife original)
Cacao Nibs – 2g (Raw Organic if possible/ I use Naturya)
