How to Make Besan Bread Sandwich in 5 Minutes | बेसन टोस्ट | Besan Toast Recipe

Make a healthy & easy Besan sandwich recipe in 5 minutes for the breakfast and evening snack. Delicious Besan bread toast can make instant at home with fewer ingredients. This is a yummy breakfast recipe. Also, this is the perfect snack for the kid’s tiffin. We can make this besan sandwich instant when we have no time to make other breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 Onion (medium size) chopped
1 Tomato (medium size) chopped
3 tablespoon Besan
Some Green Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) chopped
1/2 tea spoon inch Ginger chopped
1/2 tea spoon Red chili
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon Ajwain
Salt as per taste
2 Bread
4 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Method:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Add some water and mix well and make a thick paste with all ingredients. On a sandwich, spread besan mixture evenly. On Tawa or frying pan, use 1-2 tsp cooking oil & put bread into the pan. Spread besan mixture on the upper side of Bread also. Spread besan mixture on both bread on both sides. After approx. 2 min. Turn both pieces of bread. And shallow fry from both sides till golden brown. Now Besan Sandwiches are ready to serve. Yum, healthy and tasty sandwich 🙂
