In today’s video I am sharing how to make super easy and quick banana bread recipe made from oatmeal. I milled my own oatmeal and made oats flour at home. This healthy oats bread is a make ahead breakfast food that is delicious, healthy and gluten-free.

Ingredients:-
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 & 1/2 cup oats flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mixed nuts
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup chocolate chips
