Ingredients:
1. Dates 5
2. Figs 2
3. 10-15 strands of Saffron
4. 1 glass of milk
5. Cardamom 2
6. Black raisins 10-15
Procedure:
-Heat one glass of milk.
-Take a bowl add figs, dates and black raisins in it.
-Pour hot milk on it.
-Add saffron strands, mix it and cover it for 15 min.
-Add 2 cardamoms.
-Grind this mixture with rest of milk.
-Milkshake is ready.
-Transfer it to fridge and serve chilled.
Try this milkshake for sehri or iftar in ramadan and you will feel energetic.
