Ever heard of a salad in a jar? Well, this recipe is a perfect option for your grab-and-go-meal. Since it is placed in a jar, you can bring it anywhere with you. Very convenient too, for those looking for a quick morning or lunch meal.

Ingredients:
150 grams Smoked Salmon, shredded
25 grams fresh Spinach
½ Carrot, peeled
½ small Red Pepper, deseeded
25 grams Cherry Tomatoes
½ Scallions
15 grams Walnuts
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve

Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Get the jar and place the shredded smoked salmon inside the jar.
3. Then, add the spinach.
4. Slice the peeled carrots and add them to the jar after the spinach.
5. Slice the red pepper and add it to the jar.
6. Cut in half the cherry tomatoes and add to the jar.
7. Chop the scallions and add them to the jar. Add the walnuts too.
8. Cover the jar and consume with mayonnaise upon serving.
