Easy Chopped Veggie Bacon & Cheddar Salad
Even though I love vegetables but don’t eat enough of them. Sound familiar? Here is a salad that makes it really easy to eat veggies. I make it with broccoli and cauliflower, but you could add or substitute fresh squash or zucchini, sugar snap peas, whatever you have on hand.
This recipe is a great side dish and you could even take for lunch one day.
What could be easier than chopping a few veggies and assembling them with a few flavorful ingredients?! This is super healthy and something that you can throw together in a matter of minutes and enjoy for a couple of days.
