Hello everyone..Today’s recipe is” kadhi palak pakore” popularly known as kadhi pakode.the kadhi pakora is very popular among indians,with almost every region having their own version of kadhi ..In Odisha it is known as “Dahi pakudi”..Here I am adding palak to the pakoras to make the dish extra healthier for all..It goes well with hot boiled rice..you can also eat it with roti,naan etc.the curd should be little sour.
Ingredients
For pakora:
Chopped palak
Chopped onion
Chopped green chilly
Gram flour
Red chiily powder
Ajwain
Salt
Refined oil ( for frying)
For kadhi:
Sour curd-2 cup
Gram flour-3tbsp
Turmeric powder
Fenugreek seeds
Chopped coriander
Salt ( as required)
Refined oil
For tadka:
Chopped garlic
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Dry red chilly
Red chilli powder
Curry leaves
Hing
Refined oil
