Healthy High Protein Banana Coffee Waffles

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 scoop Kaged Muscle Supps Coffee Latte Protein Powder
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 banana
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup almond milk (or more)
Optional: 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions:
Mash the banana with a fork. Mix everything together in a mixer (or by hand) until creamy but not runny. Place 2 spoonfuls of batter in a preheated waffle griddle and cook until browned on both sides.

Serve up with fresh berries, greek yogurt, and honey.
