Hi My Foodiefreinds,

Today sharing with you the recipe of Mysore bonda but in healthy way. Mysore bonda is like medu vada or urad dal vada with a slight difference of adding coconut flakes.

Recipe notes:
Remove water completely before grinding dal
Use 1-2 tbsp water to grind dal if not possible to grind without water
Heat Appe pan properly
Use toothpick or wooden spoon or skewer in appe pan if your pan is not steel compatible.
Urad dal requires oil, so keep pouring oil in between in appe pan
Frying bonda in appe pan require 10-12 mins
You can alternatively deep fry in oil also if not possible to use appe pan.
