This is the easiest way to make your own low carb and high protein bread and buns. ________________________________________________________________________

What you need:
2 Cup (500 g) of curd
4 eggs
¼ Cup (50 g) of chia seeds
¼ Cup (50 g) of mixed sunflower seeds
¼ Cup (50 g) of potato fibers
½ Cup (100 g) of almond flour
1 low carb baking powder
salt

Description:
Heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Mix the curd with the eggs and stir it into a smooth dough with a whisk.
Then add the chia seeds, mixed sunflower seeds, salt, potato fibers, almond flour and baking powder. Mix the ingredients well together using a wooden spoon or your hands.
Now the dough has to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, the ingredients swell and provide more firmness.
In the meantime, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper or a more environmentally friendly alternative. Sprinkle some potato fibers on a surface.
Then form either 10-12 rolls of the same size or a variant of 8 rolls and a baguette stick from the dough. Roll the dough pieces in the potato fibers and cut a cross in the top layer and cuts in the baguette as in the video. Then place them on the sheet metal with a sufficient distance between them.

Bake the rolls for 25 – 30 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C) top / bottom heat. Check your degree of browning shortly beforehand.
