Taitei de orez cu legume( ardei kapia, ceapa verde, morcov) trase la tigaie in ulei de masline, putina apa cat sa se inabuse, sare, ulei de susan.
Pulpe de pui dezosate taiate fasiute foarte subtiri lasate la marinat cu sos de soya, 1 lingura mare amidon, ulei de masline, praf de usturoi pus cu simtul raspunderii.
Se trage susanul la tigaie pana isi elibereaza aromele.
Legumele se trag la tigaie pana se inmoaie usor, dar totusi raman al dente.
Intr-un wok, se adauga 2-3 linguri ulei de masline, se adauga puiul lasat la marinat si se rumeneste usor pe ambele parti.
Se adauga putina apa, cat sa se formeze un sos. Se adauga sos de soya si se continua gatirea.
Se mai adauga putina apa pe parcurs, cat sa se pastreze sosul. Adaugam ulei de susan, usturoi pudra, sos dulce picant( daca aveti).
Puiul se gateste in max 20 minute, important este sa se pastreze sos in wok.
Inainte de a opri focul se gusta. Eu nu am adaugat sare deloc( sosul de soya e destul de sarat), am mai adaugat un praf de usturoi la final.
Se presara susanul rumenit.
Taiteii de orez se fierb intre timp, se amesteca cu legumele trase la tigaie. In mijlocul lor se pune carnea, alaturi de cateva linguri de sos. Taiteii vor absorbi sosul si vor fi gustooosi.
Masa rapida, gata in 30 min.

Rice noodles with vegetables (red bell kapia pepper, green onions, carrots) pan-fried in olive oil, add a little water to simmer, salt, sesame oil.
Cut boneless chicken thighs into very thin chunks. Add over soy sauce, 1 tablespoon starch, olive oil, garlic powder.
Fry the sesame until roasted
Fry the vegetables until slightly softened, but still remain al dente.
In a wok, add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, add the marinated chicken and lightly brown on both sides.
Add a little water to form a sauce. Add soy sauce and continue cooking.
Add a little more water along the way, to keep the sauce. Add sesame oil, garlic powder, sweet spicy sauce (if you have it).
The chicken is cooked in max 20 minutes, it is important to keep the sauce in the wok. Stir constantly at high heat.
Before removing from heat, taste the food . I didn’t add salt at all (the soy sauce is quite salty), I added more garlic powder.
Sprinkle with browned sesame seeds.
Boil the rice noodles in the meantime, mix with the pan-fried vegetables. In the middle of them put the meat, along with a few tablespoons of sauce. The noodles will absorb the sauce and will be tasty.
Fast food, ready in 30 min.
