2 tbsp ghee (I also ended up adding 1 tbsp coconut oil)
1 tsp whole cumin seeds
2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp sea salt
2 shallots
2-inch ginger
6 garlic cloves
1/2 medium tomato on the vine
